Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup ghee
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together ghee and coconut oil.
  3. Add the stevia, egg, vanilla extract and mix together.  
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add both bowls together and mix.
  6. Add chocolate chips and stir.
  7. Once everything is mixed together, get a scoop of the dough and form small balls.
  8. Place on a cookie tray about 1 inch apart and bake for 12 minutes.
  9. Let cool before eating.
