Stop the sneezing

Don’t get sidelined by springtime allergies. Here’s your four-step plan to get symptoms under control.
  1. Remember that pollen counts are usually higher in the mornings or on dry, breezy days and plan outdoor activities accordingly.
  2. Shut your windows and use the air conditioning at home and in the car.
  3. Try over-the-counter antihistamines and/or decongestants.
  4. Consider prescription options if OTCs aren’t helping. Talk to your doctor about options that can help.
